Guarding Small Businesses in Litigation and Government Investigations.

Helping businesses respond confidently to government investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation—with legal strategies shaped by over 15 years in public service.

Meet Julia Clayton: Proven Advocate, Personalized Counsel.

I am a former California Deputy Attorney General.

For over 15 years, I served in the California Attorney General's Office. I led investigations under the False Claims Act and had a hand in litigating some of the Office's most complex enforcement matters. I also represented state decision makers in state and federal court.

I started this practice to help small and medium sized businesses navigate investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and civil litigation in California.

I combine efficient and cost-effective representation with personalized attention, informed by my experience in government service and tailored to client needs.
