Government Investigations, Enforcement Defense, & Litigation for Small and Mid-Sized Businesses
I am a former California Deputy Attorney General
For over 15 years, I served in the California Attorney General's Office. I led investigations under the False Claims Act and had a hand in litigating some of the Office's most complex enforcement matters. I also represented state decision makers in state and federal court.
I started this practice to help small and medium sized businesses navigate investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and civil litigation in California.
I combine efficient and cost-effective representation with personalized attention, informed by my experience in government service and tailored to client needs.
